About This Is Scale
We build outbound sales pipelines for B2B technology companies.
Most tech companies have strong products and capable sales teams. What they often lack is a consistent, structured way to generate new opportunities. Their pipeline depends too heavily on referrals, inbound, or senior people doing work that should be running in the background.
That is the problem we solve. We design and run outbound sales development programmes that put qualified discovery meetings directly into your sales team's diary, every month.
Who we work with
We work with B2B technology companies that sell complex, high-value solutions.
Our clients are typically ERP consultancies, ITSM solutions, cybersecurity providers, SaaS businesses, data and analytics firms, and specialist IT services companies. They have strong delivery teams and real market credibility. What they need is a reliable engine generating new conversations.
We also work with businesses that have recently promoted a strong individual contributor into a sales leadership role. Our executive coaching programme gives new sales leaders the tools, frameworks, and ongoing support to manage and develop their teams effectively.
Two phases. One clear outcome.
Phase 1: Review and Recommendation
A structured diagnostic of your current go-to-market model. We review your ICP, messaging, outbound approach, CRM setup, and conversion performance. You get a clear written report and a repeatable outbound model built around your business.
Phase 2: Managed Outbound
We build and run your outbound engine. Target account lists, messaging frameworks, call scripts, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and social media, all managed by our team. The result is a consistent flow of qualified meetings delivered to your sales team each month.
